Shipping policy

Dispatch Times

All orders before 3pm GMT are dispatched on the same day, except for UK bank holidays and weekends, in which case they are sent out on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail 1st class is generally delivered the next working day, but can take up to 5 working days for UK orders. If it has not arrived after 5 working days, please get in touch via sales@abbeytops.co.uk

For international orders, orders are usually delivered within 5 working days, but it can take up to 20 working days. If it has not arrived after 20 working days, please get in touch via sales@abbeytops.co.uk

Collections

Unfortunately we are not able to facilitate collections.

Address Unknown

Orders that are returned to us because of an undeliverable or invalid shipping address will be refunded minus any shipping fee paid.
